Tara graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Horticulture/Horticulture Therapy and later received her MBA. She graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a BS in Occupational Therapy. She has over 31 years of clinical experience with pediatric patients and practice settings have included the NICU, inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient, and the school system. She is certified in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT). She has a worked with Babies Can't Wait for 18 years. Tara is married and has five children. Her oldest son just started college at Georgia Southern University. Her remaining four children were each adopted and have special needs.
Terry is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia's Occupational Therapy program. She has over 25 years of experience primarily in pediatrics. She has worked in a wide variety of settings including inpatient pediatric rehab, school systems, outpatient pediatric clinics, early intervention, and pediatric home health. She is certified in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) and in infant massage and has extensive continuing education in Sensory Integration Treatment. Using a holistic approach to help children reach their full potential to be as independent as possible is her passion.

Leanne graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Physiology and a M.S. in Physical Therapy. She has been a PT for over 10 years and is also a certified health coach. She has over 5 years of managerial experience and her practice settings include skilled nursing facilities, home health, in-patient rehabilitation, and pediatrics. She is devoted to developing a relationship with the child and the parents to achieve successful outcomes by using evidence based treatments. She provides treatments in the clinic, homes, and daycares. Leanne also provides private health coaching for families, women pre/post pregnancy, and those in their prime years. She became a health coach in hopes to educate and empower kids, families, and adults to make healthy living a hobby in order to prevent and/or reverse illness. Leanne has two daughters and is an avid runner.
Laurie is a native of Savannah. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Masters in Communication and Sciences Disorders and has been practicing in Savannah for many years. Practice settings have included medical, school-based, home health, outpatient clinic, and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level. Having experienced a variety of settings and patient populations, Laurie realized her true passion is working with children and their families. Empowering both parents and children to become effective communicators is rewarding and drives her. Laurie is married and has 3 children.
Sarah is a native of Savannah and attended St. Vincent's Academy in high school. In 2006 she graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology. After briefly working in the investment industry Sarah decided to pursue her passion for working with children and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Georgia State University. While completing her degree she performed research on the use of virtual reality intervention in children with Cerebral Palsy. She has experience in both the pediatric outpatient clinic and school settings as well as providing early intervention services in the home and daycare through Babies Can't Wait. Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach and in the boat with her husband and two daughters.
